RAS reserves the right, at any time, to change these Terms. RAS neither controls nor endorses, nor is responsible for, Third Party Materials, including their accuracy, integrity, quality, legality, usefulness and safety, and any intellectual property rights therein. Nothing in these Terms shall be deemed a representation or warranty by RAS with respect to any Third Party Materials. RAS has no obligation to monitor Third Party Materials, and may block or disable access to any Third Party Materials (in whole or part) through the Service at any time. Third Party Materials are provided for your convenience, and their availability through the Service does not imply RAS’ endorsement of, or affiliation with, any provider of such Third Party Materials, nor does such availability create any legal relationship between you and any such provider.
