Cooperative Purchasing
TXShare is a cooperative purchasing program designed to serve the municipal marketplace for the public sector. The goal is to make public procurement and purchasing as streamlined and pain free as possible, with an emphasis on best value. TXShare Participating Organizations can confidently utilize our offerings knowing that our contract was procured under strict Uniform Guidance (2 CFR 200) and Texas Local Government Code procurement policies and procedures. RAS’ contract was competitively sourced in a sealed proposal method.

The BuyBoard National Purchasing Cooperative is sponsored by various national and statewide associations around the country. These organizations promote the benefits and value of the BuyBoard to their respective memberships.
Developed to assist members in complying with their purchasing legal requirements, BuyBoard vendors have been awarded contracts for products and services through a competitive procurement process, thereby giving members the opportunity for bulk discounts, combined with the ease of online, web-based shopping. RAS has a contract with BuyBoard, enabling us to leverage these benefits and streamlined procurement processes.
