About

BOSS is an easy to use pavement management program that is capable of running unlimited budget scenarios, developing real world actionable projects using management sections, creating customized deterioration curves, conducting financial optimization through a cost of deferral analysis, and producing a multi-year maintenance and rehabilitation plan.

The portal is ESRI compatible, cloud-based, and capable of exporting results of the pavement analysis to a user friendly interface such as Microsoft PowerBI, ESRI storyboard maps, ArcGIS Online, or Excel Spreadsheets. BOSS can be linked to update an agency’s GIS via a flat file exchange, ArcGIS Online End Point, or even an ArcGIS Portal End Point.
