RAS offers municipal clients an asset and image viewing tool to meet the challenges of managing large quantities of video and GIS data. RAS’ Videologger is a web-hosted, full-service image viewer, that allows clients to select roadways from a GIS map and visually display the right-of-way (ROW) images, asset inventory, or even PCI conditions. The RAS Videologger allows clients to view pavement and ROW imagery for any surveyed location within the agency and virtually travel down the roadway from the comfort of an office environment. The Videologger houses the Ladybug Panoramic ROW imagery, LCMS downward pavement imagery, pavement condition scores (PCI), and ROW inventories.
