About RAS

Founded in Austin, Texas, Roadway Asset Services (RAS) is an infrastructure asset and pavement management company providing automated data collection, analysis, and consulting services to transportation agencies and companies to help reduce their workload and provide efficiencies in managing their asset infrastructure and determining best maintenance strategies.

RAS was founded on the core principles of respecting our clients and cultivating those relationships, doing the right thing for each client in a professional manner while conducting our activities with integrity, and enjoying what we do. We strive to provide accurate information to allow our clients to make the best decisions while enjoying the passion we all share in improving our infrastructure and the environment we live in.

The RAS team consists of senior management, with over 55 years of combined experience with pavement management and geotechnical studies.  Our experienced staff in combination with the implementation of leading-edge technology, and the ability to deliver projects on time and within budget is the pillar of the RAS execution. A key component to the consistent success of our pavement and asset management projects, as well as our automated data collection projects, is the continuity of our staff.  Our diverse experience working with established pavement and asset management systems helps us provide an unmatched level of efficiency across a full gamut of complementary services.
